The venue is easily accessible, good parking, and there is a cafe on site, with indoor and outdoor seating. Nicole was very good with corresponding before the course, and it was well explained what was happening on the day. Our trainer (Tom) was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in emergency situations, and good at getting everyone involved, making us feel at ease, with lots of opportunities to ask questions. I would highly recommend Livius Training. I came away feeling more confident in First Aid and thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Everyone enjoyed the course, the trainer was great and he explained things in terms everyone understood. He encouraged everyone to be involved and settled anyone’s nerves as the day went on so people didn’t feel uncomfortable during a group training scenario. It was easy and straightforward to book the course and I’ve always found Livius Training to be extremely accommodating to our needs.

I was put at ease and welcomed by the Receptionist who explained about ordering lunch, where the loos were, etc. The course was well presented and maintained a good pace throughout the day with well timed breaks and plenty of complimentary drinks and biscuits. David Lonsdale explained things very well encouraging questions (no question too silly) and discussion. He made sense of the techniques he taught by explaining the rationale behind them which will definitely help should I encounter an emergency situation. I came away feeling much more confident about First Aid.
Location, parking, facilities and cafe excellent.
I will certainly recommend Livius Training Centre and look forward to returning when I next need to update
