Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your course booking, please review the guidelines below to understand refund eligibility based on the time of cancellation:

  • 15 or more working days before the course start date – A full refund will be issued, ensuring that customers who cancel early do not incur any financial loss under our Refund and Cancellations Policy.
  • 8 to 14 working days before the course start date – A 50% cancellation charge applies, covering administrative costs and course preparation expenses as outlined in our Refund and Cancellations Policy.
  • 0 to 7 working days before the course start date – A 100% cancellation charge applies, as last-minute cancellations disrupt scheduling and resource allocation, in accordance with our Refund and Cancellations Policy.

Postponements

Postponing a course can affect scheduling and availability. If a course is postponed with 14 or fewer working days’ notice, it will be treated under the Refund and Cancellations Policy above. Further details regarding postponed bookings can be found in your booking confirmation email attachment.

Administrative Fees

All cancellations will incur a £10 administration fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued. This fee covers processing costs and ensures efficiency in handling refund requests under our Refund and Cancellations Policy.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be issued through the original payment method, as per our Refund and Cancellations Policy. If the payment was made via credit or debit card, the amount will be credited back to the same account.
