A great instructor, who was very knowledgeable and a good speaker. I would definitely recommend this course and would book again in the future. Course was very informative and interesting with real life examples with passing information and knowledge to all students throughout the day.
Jo Dobbs –
The course was excellent and told us what we needed to know with lots of questioning to deepen our learning. Mark was engaging and provided anecdotes to help secure our learning. He engaged with all of us and responded to frequent questions with well informed answers. Breaks were timely and allowed us the chance to refresh in order to move onto the next topic. I have found Livius to provide top quality trainers and we always use them for first aid training for our staff.
Chantelle Neal –
Our course leader was excellent. The course was very informative and gave us enough information to understand what we needed to do without baffling us with too much information. I have left feeling confident I would know what to do in such an emergency. The facilities were very good. We had breaks that were set out perfectly with just enough time to do what you needed to do. The cafe was small but had good options for lunch. The site was easy to find. Would definitely recommend the course to others.
Thank you!

An excellent course led by David Lonsdale, very informative and he didn’t just tell us what we needed to do he questioned us and then told us why we do what we do. There was 12 of us on the course and he had time for each and every one of us with Q&A’s, a booklet explaining everything and demonstrations. Refreshments provided at all times, 2 breaks and an hour lunch to break the course up and other great facilities on site such as a cafe and shop. I have been to a course with him before for Fire Marshall and would definitely go back if another course is needed!
